This four-layer composite pure aluminum foil bag features excellent vacuum retention, high toughness, anti-static performance, waterproof and moisture-proof properties. It is widely used for packaging precision electronic products, circuit boards, hardware parts, food, pharmaceuticals and other items that require air isolation, anti-oxidation and light shielding. Custom processing for size, thickness, printing and logo is available.

Provides smooth surface and glossy finish, thickness 0.012mm.

AL Aluminum Foil Layer

Moisture-proof, air-tight, light-proof, corrosion-resistant, fresh-keeping, non-toxic and odorless, thickness 0.07mm.

NY Nylon Layer

Light weight, excellent wrinkle resistance, good air permeability, durability, dyeing and thermal stability, thickness 0.015mm.

PE Polyethylene Layer

Outstanding low temperature resistance (-70℃ to -100℃), high chemical stability, resistant to most acids and alkalis. Used as inner packaging layer with excellent heat sealing performance.

Adopts high-temperature fine texture hot sealing technology. The sealing edge is flat, bubble-free, firm and aesthetic, reaching professional vacuum packaging grade.

U-Shaped Opening Design

Easy to open without scissors or other tools. Tear directly from the U-shaped notch for convenient and quick use.
